ICCR Scholarship 2018-19 application procedure Government India has announced ICCR Scholarship application opportunity for Bangladesh nationals under the academic session 2018-19 on January 4, 2018. This year the scholarships will be awarded to meritorious Bangladeshi nationals to pursue various courses at the Under Graduate, Post Graduate and PhD level, except in Medicine.
